The Wessex Salon Culinaire Relocated for 2012

On behalf of the Craft Guild of Chefs, we confirm that the Wessex Salon Culinaire is relocating to Brockenhurst College on 3rd & 4th April as the Hotel & Catering Show is unable to host the event in 2012.

There are hopes that the Wessex Salon Culinaire will return to the Hotel & Catering Show in 2013. Due to the challenging economic climate and financial constraints, it is with huge regret that the organisers have had to take the decision not to stage the 2012 Wessex Salon Culinaire at the Hotel & Catering Show. The viability of staging a successful salon is extremely difficult without significant sponsorship. The organisers have been overwhelmed by the response received, and it is very much hoped that the salon will take place at the show in 2013.
