The Wessex Salon Culinaire is the UK's biggest Young Chef & Waiting Competition

The entries are now closed for the 2010 Wessex Salon Culinaire for ambitious chefs and restaurant service professionals in employment, training or education.

For the first time in the competitions six year history it included the WorldSkills UK Cooking, Confectioner/Pastry Chef and Restaurant Services competitions.
