Anna Wallis, who organises the Hotel and Catering Show, the premier exhibition for the region’s catering and hospitality industry, says: “These results are great news for the south and for these establishments to receive recognition from the people who visit is extra special, many congratulations to all. With the Olympics only two years away it is extremely important that the region’s hoteliers and restaurateurs look at raising their game to ensure they all provide world-class hospitality in Dorset during the sailing events. In order to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that Dorset is a welcoming, vibrant and inspirational host for a successful Games, it is important for hoteliers and restaurateurs to become inventive to set themselves apart from their competitors.”

The Hotel and Catering Show will take place at the Bournemouth International Centre on 16 and 17 March and will offer visitors the opportunity to find out about new trends affecting the hospitality industry as well as details about new products, services, food and beverages available. For further information on visiting the Hotel and Catering Show, please contact Anna Wallis on 01425 485040 or visit www.hotel-expo.co.uk to pre-register. Free entry.
