The Hotel and Catering Show is receiving huge support from the industry in the run up to the 2010 event with a host of new sponsors coming on board, including Danone Waters and Continental Chef Supplies. Renowned as the south coast’s largest hospitality event, the Show is also set to receive continued support from key firms such as Coastline Produce, Nestle Professional CHEF, Bournemouth and Poole College and Unilever Foodsolutions.
Continental Chef Supplies and Danone will join NestlĂ© Professional® CHEF® and Coastline Produce in the sponsorship line-up for the 2010 Wessex Salon Culinaire, in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, WorldSkills UK and Caterer, Licensee and Hotelier News. Continental Chef Supplies are one of the world’s foremost suppliers of the finest quality catering equipment and clothing and have confirmed support to supply jackets to the panel of judges for the Wessex Salon Culinaire, the UK's biggest young chef and waiting competition. Danone Waters, responsible for Evian – the world’s best-selling mineral water brand - have come on board as the official water supplier for the competition.
Unilever Foodsolutions, makers of KNORR foods, and The Bournemouth and Poole College will be sponsoring the popular Cookery Theatre for the 4th consecutive year. The theatre will be host to exciting and inspirational demonstrations from some of the UK’s leading chefs, which in previous years have included appearances from James Martin, Brian Turner, Ed Baines and Lesley Waters.
