Unilever Foodsolutions confirms sponsorship of Hotel and Catering Show Demos

For the fourth year running, Unilever Foodsolutions[1] and its brand KNORR are back in Bournemouth sponsoring the ever popular feature of the Show, the Cookery Theatre.

In conjunction with Bournemouth and Poole College, the theatre provides a great setting for inspirational live demonstrations from leading chefs that, in previous years, have included; Brian Turner, Ed Baines, Giles Thompson and Lesley Waters.
 
Combining some of the UK’s best chefs with some of the finest local talent in a feast of fantastic cooking, visitors will be able to pick up useful tips on sourcing, preparing and cooking with produce available at the Show.
 
Hotel and Catering Show director, Anna Wallis, says: “We are thrilled that Unilever Foodsolutions is supporting this exciting feature again. Its KNORR brand is a perfect fit for our audience and it makes sense for them to have their name over the theatre once again.”

The Hotel and Catering Show, takes place on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th March 2010 at the Bournemouth International Centre.   Stand space is selling fast and the 2010 show will boast the latest products, services, food and drink, tasting opportunities and inspirational ideas from some of the industry’s leading chefs and experts.
