Hotel & Catering Show Dinner on 16th March 2010 at the Marriott Highcliff Hotel. Tickets are £85 per person + VAT, includes drinks reception, gourmet dinner with wine followed by fundraising activities including fun casino. Tables of 10's, 11's, or 12's are available. Dress code - Black tie.

Hospitality Action - Our Chosen Charity
Our Charity and the bigger names: We have recently formed the Southern Board of Hospitality Action, the hospitality industry’s major charity. As a result we attract many of the UK’s top chefs to demo at the Show, join us at our annual Gourmet Dinner or help with awarding medals and certificates at the Salon. We raise nearly £15,000 per annum across the Southern Board. Many come annually, love the show and their support for the salon has a huge impact on the competitors.
